Hi Darryk. This skin was downloaded 2464 times. And it is working.

What you mean “not working”? Can you show a screen shot or explain what exactly don’t work?

Maybe you’ve installed it into wrong folder?

I’m running Vista HP 32 bit and I have the skins in the skins folder of radiosure so I know that isn’t the problem. The only free skins that work for me are leon-purple and Smooth Operator – all the rest look like blueharc in my screenshot.

i appreciate this skin because it is way better on the eyes! after staring at a screen for half of the day, the light writing on the dark background is a comfort to these peepers.

I found it dark at first but when you get used to it, it’s actually easy on the eyes.
