1. Where do I choose the proxy which I want Radiosure to connect?
Proxy settings are taken from standard Windows Internet Options. This options can be changed in Internet Explorer. Run Internet Explorer and choose Options -> Connection options in the menu.
2. How to record many stations simultaneously?
To record many stations simultaneously you can run many instances of RadioSure at the same time and record different stations.
3. There’s a setting under the recording options, but when I change it, it still records at the original bitrate. Is this a bug, or am I doing it wrong?
MP3 streams are always recorded with its original bitrate because there is no encoding performed at all. The stream is just written into the file as is. So, it is recored without any loss of quality. There is no reason to record it with higher bitrate because that doesn’t improve the quality.
4. Can you please make a MAC/Linux/Win-mobile/Symbian version?
No, sorry. I have no experience with these systems. But as others saying you can run it under WINE in linux.
5. How do I install the skin?
It’s very simple. If the skin is packaged with an installer – just run it and follow instructions. If it is packaged as archive, then you need to unpack it and copy into “Skins” folder which is located inside the application folder.

Ok, I set order what I want.
But sometime list shuffle and I must remove ‘History’ tag from XML file and set order once again;
It will be better to set order in favorites and move in favorites.
Playlists will be useful;
Also need tooltips in tray(not by mouse) when song or station changed;

maybe it would be better if it where optional, So you can decide what the functions are. Like back and next = previous and next favorite, or next list item, previous list item. or just what it does now. You can do your request here:

How do I uninstall it. I have vista and it will not allow me to uninstall fomr the “programs and features” panel. It says it is till running and I can’t seem to stop it!
Please help me unisntall it

This is an excellent software! Congrats. I’ll recomend it. I have two questions:
How can I name the records? The soft gives ‘untitled’ name to all of the documents.
And, how can I programm the recordings with time?

i expirienced some kind of bug… i couldnt record anything with latest version =S i downloaded portable version and it works fine ^_^… so if somebody have same problem here is solution

After installing the software, of course i opened it and listened to some cool streams. All seemed OK until i tried to close it. In order to get it to stop playing i have to shut down my computer. additionally I can not uninstall the software … what the hell is up with that? a response would be appreciated

It’s very strange behaviour. Potentially it can be caused by different reasons. In this case I recommend you to use portable version which is not required the installation.

I love it
It’s already my favourite player!
The one thing I would love to have is a built-in 5 or 10 second buffer for use when recording. This would allow me to pull it up from the systray and press the record button when I hear a tune I want to, without missing the first few seconds. One other Internet radio player I know has this feature…

Tag info should be in Russian I guess but I can see only sth like that ??????? ??????? – ???? ??????-??????? ?????? (??????-??????? ??????); on the same station when tag is with English letters I can see it correctly “DEUTECOM, Cristina – Introduzione (Cherubini-Medea)” How can I solve it, should I install any add-on

I have the latest version, but I’m not able to get any sound, it looks OK but no sound???

Hi Your software RadioSure looks cool but the thing is If I am gonna tell to my friends about your software.
I need to be sure and ask about this. that I did here many times some people are saying there software is free and many more stuff.
And I have kind a lost the trust in to believe so fast in others. Because I was not like this before. But we live and we learn. But
when I read the agreement and the fine print says another thing else. If you know what I mean. That is why I have so many things to
ask. And I wante to ask you. Are they any trial periods, Or Feature limitations, Does it have any hidden feeds or paymates?. Is it free from adware and spyware And the updates are they free or do they cost? I did found this software on Codyssey.com

I am pleased with your software but the install doesn’t seem to install the Radiosure.hlp file so that I can use the help.. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it. Am I missing something. The version that gets installed is 2.0.872.0 I got the download from a link from nonags.com (From Author’s Link (2.1 mb))

2) i don’t have an option to see my favorites. I only get a drop-down menu from the main station list that offers me 3 favorites. What am I missing? Thanks.

Update: I see I can R-click on the buttons on the lower right and I do get more options; I still get only 3 favorites although I can go “Back” 12 stations. I wish I understood.

Double Update: It seems that my mistake was thinking you could add a station as a Favorite simply by selecting it in the list of stations and adding it. However, it appears you have to actually Play the station first, then you can add it.
Hope this helps someone else like me who was puzzled.

Hi, i have the latest version , but it cannot connect to any station anymore. I don’t know why , it was working fine two days ago. I have avast antivirus installed and spybot, but i dont think they can be causing Radio Sure to have stopped working. Thanks for your help in advance.
