1. Where do I choose the proxy which I want Radiosure to connect?
Proxy settings are taken from standard Windows Internet Options. This options can be changed in Internet Explorer. Run Internet Explorer and choose Options -> Connection options in the menu.
2. How to record many stations simultaneously?
To record many stations simultaneously you can run many instances of RadioSure at the same time and record different stations.
3. There’s a setting under the recording options, but when I change it, it still records at the original bitrate. Is this a bug, or am I doing it wrong?
MP3 streams are always recorded with its original bitrate because there is no encoding performed at all. The stream is just written into the file as is. So, it is recored without any loss of quality. There is no reason to record it with higher bitrate because that doesn’t improve the quality.
4. Can you please make a MAC/Linux/Win-mobile/Symbian version?
No, sorry. I have no experience with these systems. But as others saying you can run it under WINE in linux.
5. How do I install the skin?
It’s very simple. If the skin is packaged with an installer – just run it and follow instructions. If it is packaged as archive, then you need to unpack it and copy into “Skins” folder which is located inside the application folder.

It is possible to split by songs only if a radio station by itself transmits songs information. Some stations doesn’t transmits this info.

Please download testing version. Run it and then you should see new tags inside your skin.xml.

hi there all. we got proxy servers in company but these servers required user name and password even radiosure uses windows internet options and it’s ok in internet explorer settings it couldn’t connect.I think we can use radiosure with default and basic proxy servers with no user name just port forwarding and no packet filters am I right ???

Installed the portable version to local disk, and launched it.
None of the listed radio stations will play, e.g., I clicked 40 or so in the list.
Every one gives me “Cannot connect”.
What am I doing wrong? -Much thanks.

My bad. Working fine. First few dozen didn’t connect. Just a fluke, as I found many stations playing fine. Wow, this really is great. My sincerest thanks.

I just downloaded the test version and noticed a buffer setting in the xml file. Can you tell me what does this number represent (i.e. size, time) and is there a ceiling (highest number).

It means number of seconds. 2-15 seconds.

Hello!
The ID3-Tag is not supported!
I use Win XP and the actual version of RadioSure 2.0.886.0.
The filename contains the Artist an de title but the ID3 Tag V1 ist not in the file.
