Re: Radiosure detected as malware

That just means your malware scanner doesn't detect it as malware. ClamAV and BKAV, which are two of the malware scanners used by VirusTotal, detect some versions of Radiosure as malware. If you were to download and install ClamAV and scan Radiosure, it might detect it as malware. Or you can test Ra...

Re: Radiosure detected as malware

Interesting. If I was Radiosure's developer, I would work with the people who provided the encryption technology to determine exactly what is causing the false positive and ask them to find a solution. If any software using that technology is going to be detected as malware, it's probably not a good...

Re: Radiosure detected as malware

If you don't represent Radiosure, why are you responding to user reports? Especially if you don't have any idea what you're talking about? My anti-malware software is not detecting Radiosure as malware. Virustotal is. Please go to https://www.virustotal.com/, submit your version of Radiosure, and yo...

Re: Radiosure detected as malware

Okay, I updated Radiosure to 1046 and resubmitted it to Virustotal. It still shows the same detections. I'm sure it's a false positive, bout you should really look into it. Think about it: anyone who uses the BKAV or ClamAV anti-malware software will see Radiosure as a virus. Either it will be remov...

Radiosure detected as malware

VirusTotal is reporting Radiosure.exe as possible malware. Specifically, the BKAV anti-malware software is detecting HW32.Packed.B8D2 in RadioSure version 2.2.1044.0. Re: RadioSure stops responding or crashes on station update

Thanks for the info. Sorry for the delay in replying. I previously changed Radiosure to a portable installation and it made no difference. I could update the stations manually, but there's no way to disable Radiosure's automatic updates, so this won't help avoid the crashes. I understand that 'scree...

RadioSure stops responding or crashes on station update

I reported this previously on the Mantis bug tracking system here: http://www.radiosure.com/mantis/view.php?id=378 I'm using Windows 8.1 and RadioSure 2.2.1044. The problem occurred with at least one previous version of RadioSure as well, but I don't remember it happening on Windows 7 or XP. As long...

Show red indicator on taskbar icon when recording

Currently, when Radiosure is recording, there's a pulsing red indicator on the main interface, and the icon in the notification area (system tray) also has a red indicator. How about adding a red indicator to the taskbar icon?
