Impossible to add new station

If I like to make a new radio station give me error 404 file not found.

just tested: normal action here, gives me an empty sheet, ready to fill fields......
Problems with internet connection maybe ??
To be sure: you mean clearly to wanting create new station, in the radiosure stations section ... ?

Sorry my error I think : Works well if I click on ADD NEW STATION but does not works if I click on "Click here to add new station." Under Top ten submitters in May:
