What the hell! Payed for Spamming me?!?

What the hell! Payed for Spamming me?!?

Postby M*I*B » 29 Dec 2016, 17:19

... yesterday I payed a license by CreditCard and get back the "RadioSure - PRO Order Information" and from "BlueSnap" the "Beleg Ihrer Zahlung (Ref-Nr. 833xxxxx)". Simpler than looking up for my old license... Ok, that's right anyway... but then...

1st "RESENDING: RadioSure - PRO Order Information" at 01:51 MEZ
2nd "RESENDING: RadioSure - PRO Order Information" at 05:49 MEZ
3th "RESENDING: RadioSure - PRO Order Information" at 09:48 MEZ
4th "RESENDING: RadioSure - PRO Order Information" at 13:48 MEZ

I reply on the 2nd to 4th also with the question where my key will be... without reaction...

So have I pay for spamming me? I believe no!!

At last I have set a ultimatum to send me the Key and also stop that fucking spamming... If nothing going on in the meanwhile the next RESENDING comes up (I believe around 17:50 MEZ) I will initiate a refund and also block that domain for the whole server...

The pro order information contains the code (key), at least in my case it was. I also received the bluesnap information about the payment. (Both documents still in my emailfolders about radiosure)
This is years ago for me, but I believe you overlook the key, if you state "the question where my key will be"
So you state, there is no license key on your "PRO Order Information", altough that message is sent upon the payment received
Resending those messages is not normal ... Was there a request for confirmation ?
To prove the Pro order information contains the key, below my received email:

Dear xxxxx,

Thank you for your purchase of RadioSure - PRO.

I see, there is no key in the letter
Possible causes:
Did you use special characters in name or e-mailadres like*, since the key is generated with your NAME and E-mailadress incorporated? so possible error of the code generator at Radiosure.
Those licensing is fully automated (not by the admin or any employé at RadioSure staff),
Since the mail contains no key and is resended, I do think about such crash of the keygenerator !
Maybe send a letter to admin by normal mail (thebestware@gmail.com) to solve this problem
We (mods) cannot help you, since our "power" is only moderating the forum.

... njet, in my eMail- Adress there is only a DOT and in my real name there isn't anything like that. So the problem must be an other one...

letter to admin by normal mail...

You believe that helps? The "support@blablub" don't work so I believe this also doesn't help... I'll try, but I'm hopeless it'll help (and annoyed anyway ...)

... a website without imprint in connection with a payment service, which can not really be reached, would have had to be careful ...
Well ... As expected, no one has ever responded to my email to the alleged admin. So probably more a scam. I will definitely keep my credit card bookings in mind in the future.

And to the topic forum moderator: In the normal case, MOD's have a very direct line to the admin. It would be easy to point the admin to the current problems, which obviously does not happen resp. should happen...

EDIT say:
G+ profile also empty with 3 follower... What has the admin for a big problem, which must be so hidden?
Actually a pity ... Such "trifles" kill any good software

Ok, I'm out
The whole story is nothing but a fraud. Even a message to thebestware@gmail.com has remained unanswered until now.
Therefore, I have instructed my credit card provider to cancel the amount due to fraud ...
I will endeavor to publish appropriate warnings against this rip-off, at least by the German publishers (chip, c-net, ...), in order to warn at least a part of the interested parties before these frauds.

It's a pity that a software that is good in itself has to talk about such frauds ...
